Who Can Apply? – Eligibility Criteria
A. JJB – Social Worker Member
- Age: Appointment ke samay age 35 saal se kam nahi aur 60 saal se zyada nahi honi chahiye.
- Category-I (JJB): Degree from any recognized University + Education / Health / Protection / Welfare Activities ke field me bachchon ke saath kaam karne ka minimum 07 saal ka experience.
- Category-II (JJB official wording): Practicing professional with a degree in child psychology or psychiatry or sociology or in the field of law.
- Human rights / child rights violation ka past record nahi, moral turpitude conviction nahi, Govt service se removal / dismissal nahi, child abuse / child labour me involvement nahi.
- Aisa full-time occupation nahi jo JJB ke kaam ke liye zaruri time aur attention dene se roke.
B. CWC – Chairperson / Member
- Age: Above 35 years and not more than 60 years.
- Category-I (CWC): Degree + Education / Health / Protection / Welfare Activities ke field me bachchon ke saath kaam karne ka minimum 07 saal ka experience.
- Category-II (CWC official wording): Practicing professional with a degree in child psychology or psychiatry or social work or sociology or human development or in the field of law OR a retired judicial officer.
Two Eligibility Categories Explained
Category-I kis ke liye hai? Is category me wo candidates aate hain jinke paas kisi bhi recognized University se degree hai aur Education, Health, Protection, ya Welfare Activities ke field me bachchon ke saath kam se kam 7 saal ka experience hai. Aksar NGO, child protection, education ya health sector me kaam karne wale experienced log isme apply karte hain. In candidates ko Annexure-I.A fill karna hota hai.
Category-II kis ke liye hai? Ye category practicing professionals ke liye reserved hai. JJB ke liye official wording: Child Psychology, Psychiatry, Sociology ya Law me degree ke saath practicing professional. CWC ke liye official wording: Child Psychology, Psychiatry, Social Work, Sociology, Human Development ya Law me degree ke saath practicing professional, ya retired judicial officer.
