Eligibility & Educational Qualification
- Driver: Matriculation pass, light & heavy vehicle ka valid driving licence, minimum 3 saal driving experience.
- Clerk (Legal): Law Graduate.
- Clerk (Accounts): Graduation with Statistics/Mathematics/Accounts subject, Punjabi Matric standard tak pass.
- Clerk (IT): Department ke hisaab se alag — Computer Application/IT/Computer Science/Engineering mein Graduate (Excise & Taxation HQ); B.Tech/BCA/PG Diploma in Computer Application (Labour Commissioner); B.E./B.Tech IT/ECE/CS with 50% aggregate ya BCA with 50% + 2 saal ICT experience, plus Matric-level Punjabi (Civil Aviation Dept).
- Translator: Graduation + 120-hour hands-on PC/IT course from recognized/ISO 9001 institution, ya DOEACC ‘O’ level equivalent.
- Field Artist: Graduate in Music, Drama ya Dance.
Clerk (Legal/Accounts/IT) posts ke liye competitive test aur Punjabi-English typing test (30 wpm) bhi qualify karna hoga. Rule 17 (Punjab Civil Services Rules, 1994) ke according, sabhi posts ke liye Matric-level Punjabi lazmi hai. Qualification online application ki last date tak complete honi chahiye.

Selection Process
Written examination Part A aur Part B mein hoga. Part A Matric-level Punjabi ka qualifying section hai (minimum 50% marks lazmi), jabki Part B merit ke liye count hota hai — sahi jawab par 1 mark, galat jawab par 1/4 mark katega. Marks barabar hone ki sthiti mein age-based tie-break hoga (adhik age wale candidate ko priority), uske baad qualification percentage aur Matric marks dekhe jayenge.
Clerk (Legal/Accounts/IT) posts ke liye written exam ke baad ek qualifying Punjabi-English typing test bhi hoga (30 wpm, computer par, Punjabi Unicode Raavi font mein). Common Merit List typing test qualify karne walon ke Part-B marks se banegi. Clerk (Legal) aur Clerk (IT) ke liye department preference baad mein li jayegi. Sports candidates ki merit Sports Department notification (09.03.2026) ke according hogi. Written exam/counselling ke liye TA/DA nahi milega.

Passport-size photo aur scanned signature (image format mein) upload karne honge. 10th certificate, educational/technical certificates, category certificate (agar applicable), Punjab Domicile Certificate aur Driver ke liye driving licence & experience proof — ye sab portal par specified PDF format mein scan karke upload karne honge.

- Naye candidates Registration karke Email ID se User ID/Password generate karein aur login karein.
- Personal, educational details bharein; photo aur signature upload karein.
- 10th aur educational certificates upload karein (“Attach Annexure”).
- Applicable fee online pay karke application “Submit” karein.
- Submitted form ka print nikal kar rakh lein.
Ek baar application submit hone ke baad correction allowed nahi hai. Agar fee transaction fail hota hai, to application successfully submitted nahi mani jayegi. Successfully paid fee non-refundable hai.
