UPCAR ka full form U.P. Council of Agricultural Research hai. Ye Uttar Pradesh sarkar ke Agriculture Department ke under ek autonomous apex body hai jo 1989 me establish hui thi. Iska main kaam UP ke sabhi Agricultural Universities jaise Chandra Shekhar Azad University of Agriculture & Technology (CSA) Kanpur, Acharya Narendra Deva University (ANDUAT) Ayodhya, Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel University (SVPUAT) Meerut, aur Banda University of Agriculture & Technology ko coordinate karna aur research projects ko funding dena hai.

Crop Weather Watch Group Kya Hai? Kaam Kya Hoga?

Crop Weather Watch Group ek monitoring system hai jo fasal aur mausam ke beech ke sambandh par nazar rakhta hai. Young Professional-II ke roop me aapke daily tasks ye honge:

1. Weather Data Collection & Analysis: Aapko IMD se ya automatic weather stations se daily ka temperature, rainfall, relative humidity, wind speed aur sunshine hours ka data collect karna hoga aur usko analyze karna hoga.
2. Crop Condition Monitoring: UP ke alag-alag jilon me lagi hui faslon jaise gehu, dhan, ganna, sarson ki current condition par weather ka kya asar pad raha hai iska report banana.
3. Agro-Advisory Bulletin Banana: Farmers ke liye weekly ya fortnightly bulletin taiyar karna jaise “Aane wale 3 dinon me barish ki sambhavna hai, isliye kisan apni kati hui fasal ko surakshit jagah par rakhein”.
4. Data Handling on Computer: MS Excel, R Software, Python, SPSS jaise tools par data ko manage karna aur graphs banana.
5. Coordination: UP ke sabhi Krishi Vigyan Kendras (KVKs) se data lena aur unko report bhejna.

Eligibility Criteria – Kaun Apply Kar Sakta Hai?

Essential Qualification

Is post ke liye sabse important qualification hai – M.Sc. (Ag.) in Agro-meteorology. Agar aapne ye degree kisi recognized University / ICAR accredited institute se ki hai tabhi aap eligible hain.

Desirable Qualification – Preference Kisko Milegi?

• Computer ka achha knowledge – MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet aur Data Analysis Tools.
• Weather Forecasting ka practical experience.
• Data Analysis ka experience – R, Python, SPSS, SAS jaise software ka gyan.
• Related subject me Ph.D. – Agar aapne Agro-meteorology me Ph.D. kiya hai to aapko sabse zyada weightage milega.
• 1 saal se zyada ka relevant experience – Kisi ICAR project, KVK ya Agricultural University me YP, SRF ya RA ke roop me kaam ka experience.
• Publications – NAAS rated journals me research papers publish hue hain to unki list zarur lagayen.

Age Limit & Relaxation

UPCAR ne is post ke liye upper age limit 35 Years rakhi hai. SC/ST/OBC/PH ko 5 Years ki chhoot – 40 years tak apply kar sakte hain. Age proof ke liye 10th ka certificate le jana zaruri hai.

Salary & Benefits – Rs 42,000 Me Kya Milega?

Is post par aapko Rs. 42,000/- per month Fixed Stipend milega. Ye ICAR ke Young Professional-II ke norms ke hisaab se hai. Ye project March 2027 tak hai, lekin notification me likha hai ki Extension on the basis of working performance and extended project duration – matlab kaam achha raha aur project aage badha to aapka contract bhi extend ho jayega.

Walk-in Interview Process – Kaise Hoga Selection?

Is bharti me koi written exam nahi hoga. Selection sirf Interview ke basis par hoga, jo 31 July 2026 ko UPCAR office me hoga. Subah 9:30 AM par verification aur 11:00 AM se Interview shuru hoga. Panel me Director General ya Secretary aur subject experts honge.
