MOIL Limited desh ki sabse badi manganese ore producer hai. Company ki 11 mines Maharashtra aur Madhya Pradesh me hain. Ye consistent profit-making PSU hai jiska strategic plan 2030 tak production capacity 3.50 million tonnes tak badhane ka hai.

CGM (Personnel) ka role routine HR se alag hai. Is post par 11 mines ki manpower planning, industrial relations, labour welfare aur expansion ke liye HR strategy dekhni hogi. PSU ke complex IR environment ko samajhne wale candidates ke liye ye high-impact leadership role hai.

Why This Post is Different?

E-08 grade GM se bhi senior CGM level hota hai. Sirf 1 UR post hai, isliye eligibility bahut strict hai. 22 years me se 15 years sirf HR/IR/Personnel me executive level par chahiye. Ye middle management nahi, top management post hai.

Vacancy & Grade – E-08 Level

Qualification – 2 Years Rule

MOIL ne 3 qualification options diye hain, lekin ek important condition hai – sirf 2 saal ki degree/diploma hi valid hogi. 1 saal ka PG Diploma valid nahi hai.

Option 1: P.G. Degree in Social Work with specialization in Labour Welfare, PM & IR.
Option 2: P.G. Degree/Diploma in IRPM / Master in Labour Studies.
Option 3: MBA with specialization in Personnel Management / HR / HRD.

MSW ya MBA me specialization ka hona zaruri hai. Marketing ya Finance MBA is post ke liye valid nahi hai.

Experience – 22 Years & 15 Years HR

Part 1 – 22 Years Cumulative

Candidate ke paas minimum 22 years ka cumulative experience hona chahiye, jisme se 15 years HR/IR/Personnel discipline me Executive level par CPSE/Central Govt/State Govt/Autonomous Body/Private Sector of repute me hona chahiye.

Part 2 – Immediate Lower Scale Me 2 Years

Closing date tak immediate lower IDA pay scale (E-07: Rs.1,00,000-2,60,000) ya equivalent CDA scale me 2 years ka experience chahiye. Internal candidates ke liye ye 1 year hai.

Part 3 – Private Sector CTC

Private sector se aane wale candidates ka last financial year ka annual CTC Rs.30 lakh se kam nahi hona chahiye.

Pay Scale E-08

Scale of pay Rs. 1,20,000-2,80,000 (E-08) IDA hai. Iske alawa DA, HRA, PF, Medical, Gratuity, NPS company rules ke according milega.
