Age Limit, Salary Aur Bond
Age Limit: Maximum 32 years as on 22 September 2026, 06:00 PM. Upper age limit relaxation: SC/ST – 5 years, OBC – 3 years, PwBD – 10 years, Ex-Servicemen as per Govt. guidelines. Where vacancy identified for such category, relaxation applicable hoga.
Pay Scale: Selected candidates will be placed in the initial basic pay of respective pay scale. Grade E1 me pay scale Rs. 40,000 – Rs. 1,40,000/- (IDA Pattern) hai. Other benefits such as Dearness Allowance, other perquisites, allowances, terminal benefits, etc. will be admissible as per company rules in force from time to time. Actual gross salary/CTC allowances, posting aur company rules ke according vary karega.
Service Agreement Bond: Selected candidates belonging to General category will be required to execute a service agreement bond of Rs. 5,00,000/- (Rs. 2,50,000/- for candidates belonging to SC, ST, PwBD categories) to serve NSPCL for at least 4 years after joining the company.
Selection Process & Exam Pattern – Kaise Hoga Selection?
Eligible candidates will have to appear for All India based Online Selection Test. Online selection test will have two parts i.e. Subject Knowledge Test (SKT) & Executive Aptitude Test (EAT). Candidates are required to qualify both in SKT and EAT, separately. Based on merit and requirement of post, candidates will be shortlisted for Personal Interview.
- All India Online Selection Test: SKT (120 Questions – Branch related) + EAT (50 Questions – General English, Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, General Awareness). Candidates have to qualify both separately. Duration and negative marking as per official notification/admit card instructions.
- Personal Interview: Shortlisted candidates after written test will have to secure minimum qualifying marks in interview. Final selection will be on the basis of 85% weightage of online selection test and 15% weightage of interview marks.
- Medical Examination & Document Verification
Candidates have to choose any two cities as preference-I and preference-II as Test Centre and no change in any circumstance will be considered subsequently. Admit card will be made available on the same site. The candidate has to download his/her admit card for appearing in the test from the website. Admit cards will not be sent by post. TA/DA will not be paid to any candidate appearing for the All India based Online Selection Test.

- New Registration karein. E-mail ID entered in online application form must remain valid for at least next one year. No change in E-mail ID will be allowed once entered.
- Form me accurate information bharein. After successful registration, system will generate a Unique Registration Number. Keep printout of Registration slip.
- Photograph and signature upload karein during online application.
- General category candidates need to pay non-refundable registration fee of Rs. 300/-. SC/ST/PwBD/XSM and female candidates need not pay fee. Payment in online mode: Net banking / Debit Card / Credit Card / UPI. Fee once paid will not be refunded.
- After applying online, download application slip with unique application number for future reference. No document is required to be sent by post.
- Uploading of Documents: Candidates should necessarily upload all documents while applying. Applications with incomplete / insufficient documents are liable to be rejected.
